What did you like about your stay in the property or location?
The location was great. We heard a lot of noise outside during the night though and could hear the people above us moving around. The hosts were very nice though. We had stayed in a castle the night before and spent quite a bit less and had better accommodation

Professional, friendly & very very good customer service, both on the phone & on arrival. very good accommodation & would highly reccommend it

Beds clean and comfortable, kettle in room. Location good and lobby area nice

Noise and vibration from the club next door, and noise from other rooms as people came in late . Breakfast was adequate but no proper coffee, and only tinned fruit, no eggs. Selection could be better.

The location, the welcoming atmosphere,the quietness, good selection of cereal and yogurt for breakfast.

Possibly a choice of some fresh fruit for breakfast- I would not expect fresh fruit salad but maybe some oranges/ bananas

Great location, very central, 4 doors from the left bank restaurant. Lovely staff, very clean and good selection for a continental breakfast. Would definitely stay again as perfect for one night away.

What we liked most about the accommodation was the treatment of the person who assisted us. Very friendly, helpful, attentive. People make places become unique, and this has been an example. Thank you!!

A beautiful very well located hotel in Patrick street Kilkenny. The lady that met us at reception was so helpful. Highly recommend this place the rooms were lovely and clean.
