quiet even though in the town centre. very helpful staff.

It was very warm! Not many available plug sockets. The bathroom light was on a sensor but this didn't "see" people in the shower so would go off.

What did you like about your stay in the property or location?
The ease of getting in and out of the building was fantastic. After booking, we received a WhatsApp message with clear self check-in instructions, and everything was accessible at the touch of a button, making arrival completely hassle-free. The location couldn't be more central, with lovely cafés and restaurants right on the same street, and the castle just a five-minute walk around the corner. The room was a lovely size, with all the usual facilities you'd need, and the bathroom was particularly nice with modern, stylish décor. Overall, a really smooth and comfortable stay.

The only I would say is the carpet in the room could do with an upgrade

Full of character and tradition, in the heart of Kilkenny City. If you feel like treating yourself make a reservation in Rinucinis Italian Restaurant just around the corner.

Overall everything was spot on. Room was spacious and clean. Location was perfect for my needs. The courtesy phone call to ensure the access app was working was an excellent touch. Would definitely stay again.

The room was quiet... no noise from outside like traffic, etc. Very good. The shower was first-class. Very close to Kilkenny castle. The little reception area with book shelves is tastefully arranged. Well done. Would stay again if every in Kilkenny another time.

I don't personally have a mobile phone, nor will I ever get one, so getting into the propery was interesting. Fortunately, once inside, I found one of those key card things (eventually) near the tea and coffee, so I used that for the rest of my stay.

We truly enjoyed the property. It had a lovely sense of home and relaxing atmosphere. Tony was most helpful to us in the day we were leaving, offering us breakfast options, as well as luggage storage. The shower amenities are lovely as well. Thank you!

The only thing we wish we could have had better was the room temperature. It was too hot, and made it uncomfortable for sleeping. Especially in room 203. Tony explained why she prepared it warmer, which we understood, however it was hard to rest comfortably.

The room was perfectly clean! In my room (101) the bathroom was, I think, completely new. Is was sparkling clean as well! No dust or moist al all! A large walk in shower with a great rainshower! The manager is very friendly, interested and helpfull. This cleaning staff made sure I got my room clean every day and made sure that the extra coffee I requested for the coffee corner was filled up! In one word: EXCELLENT!!!!

Location is in town within walking distance to everything.

Room ran warm and we could have used a fan. Open window helped.
